Create landing page to collect responses from in app message surveys

Problem

As a Product Manager, I have very little insight into users experience with gitlab. I need to be able to collect feedback from users on both self-hosted and saas versions of the product. Using in app messages is the perfect way to do that, but I need a ubiquitous way to collect that data so that I can visualize it and analyze it.

Proposal

Create a landing page that collects the response to in app messages via url parameters.
