Migrate omnibus overview dashboard to look at Puma instead of Unicorn.

Since Unicorn is deprecated, we'd love any suggestions on how to get a quick metric to look for Puma's health. I took a swing at the percentage of idle threads, but am open-minded to other suggestions from y'alls expertise!
