Measure cross functional prioritisation success
As part of Compliance Q4 OKRs we want to measure cross functional prioritisation success.
Cross functional prioritisation is a reasonable new process that has been incorporated into the Compliance group over the last 6 months.
To ensure that our Milestone planning is as accurate as possible we want to measure what we plan vs what we deliver. From this we can then tweak our planning. We can also use this to measure progress over time.
Implementation plan
-
Create a new project in Compliance Group -
Create a script that: -
Cycles through previous Milestone -
Counts all of the ~"Closed::done" issues -
Gets totals for frontend and backend -
Gets totals for typefeature, typemaintenance and typebug -
Count all of the completed MRs and get an MR rate
-
-
Cycles through current Milestone -
Gets all of the Milestone issues -
Gets total weight for each column (workflowblocked, workflowin dev, etc) -
Gets total weight for frontend and backend -
Gets total weight for typefeature, typemaintenance and typebug
