Question: Missing release 1.40

It seems than release 1.40 was tagged, but pipeline has failed ( https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gl-openshift/gitlab-runner-operator/-/pipelines/1997389798 ), so only tag exists.

I am looking forward to 1.40 release due to "Deployment specification patching" feature.
