Missing repo tags for gitlab-runner-operator >= 1.26.0

Hi,

Can I ask how the versioned builds are making their way into the Operator Hub when those same version tags don't yet exist in this repo?

It seems to be the recent 1.26 tags that are missing.

Is there another repo somewhere that I've missed?
