Skip OAuth secret setup (optional)

This Twitter step of obtain-secrets almost made me give up trying to set up a Gitter development yesterday. There should be a way to skip Twitter OAuth setup.

We also connect with Twitter, so, yeah, you need to create a Twitter App too.
