Activity text notification for new tags reads "has pushed 0 commit(s) to..."
This mainly affects the IRC-bridge. Text activity is announced as normal channel messages via an IRC user
gitter. If a new tag is created in a community's GitHub repo, this user will announce the following (in this example for a tag
[Tue 16:38:28] <gitter> [Github] jackhumbert pushed 0 commit(s) to qmk/qmk_firmware https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/compare/0.5.159
This message is unintuitive, and the link doesn't lead to a useful page for tags (it shows an "all-up-to-date" message). I would suggest a more contextual message, and a link to the tag directly instead of to a compare page, for example:
[Github] jackhumbert created a new tag "0.5.159" in qmk/qmk_firmware https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/tree/0.5.159
