Improve Search functionality

1. Make the Search much more discoverable (currently extremely hard to find, would be worth it to duplicate it / move it to the top right corner of the chat UI.
2. The width of the Search pane is much much too small and cannot be adjusted - making it very inconvenient to read.
3. The underline effect to highlight the search term is not noticeable enough - consider using color
