The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. Since the English test doesn't have any HTML markup, we are using the {{ }} substitution in handlebars wich escapes HTML characters.

It can be confusing to contributors, because the text containing links is using the {{{ }}} substition which doesn't escape HTML characaters.

Additionally, I fixed misspeled key and added the latest key.
