Update winston (try better serialization/handling of mongo/mongoose ObjectId)

This change was made for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/merge_requests/1146 because I saw this issue, https://github.com/winstonjs/winston-mongodb/issues/85 but didn't solve it (we might as well update the dependency though).

It's not exactly related to winston-mongodb but people mentioned it could be a bigger winston issue.
