Can not run on ArchLinux

I get the following error when I try to start gitter app from shell on a freshly installed ArchLinux distribution.

Fontconfig error: Cannot load config file from /etc/fonts/fonts.conf

I don't see that type of error here in list of issues so I am opening new one.
