Deploying to a new Cloud Run cluster does not work

It looks like Cloud Run on GKE upgraded their Knative version to 0.8.0. Deploying a service using gitlabktl does not seem to be working anymore.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
