Update documentation for new "Release:" filter

What does this MR do?

Updates the documentation to mention the new Release: filter (added as part of #32632 (closed)), which can be used to filter both issues and merge requests by their associated release(s).

There were a number of other search filters that were missing, so this MR adds references to these filters as well.
