Enable epic events on group activity page

What does this MR do?

!16108 (merged) added support for showing epic events on group activity page. This MR enables this feature by default.

No doc is updated because I didn't find any relevant doc for group activity page (and we don't have API endpoint for group events).

/cc @rdickenson - do you have a suggestion where I should mention this feature in the doc or should we just enable this w/o doc update? 🤔
