Fixes for Docker Registry Replication

What does this MR do?

• Fixes the error I introduced during addressing review comments. When we pulled manifest we used to parse it and then upload it again after dump which essentially changed manifest digest. It could break replication of some images.
• Fixes: {"errors":[{"code":"BLOB_UPLOAD_UNKNOWN","message":"blob upload unknown to registry","detail":{}}]}. This was because of wrongly configured faraday.
