Global search filters

Filter global search by one or more groups or projects

Implement group and project filter for the global search that can be used to include or exclude one or more groups or projects

• Use case: I have projects/groups A, B, C and I want to search only in B and C
• Use case: I have 3 projects in 3 groups and I want to search in every project in group 1 and only in selected projects from the other 2 groups
• etc...
