Developer cannot push to projects they create in groups
When a group allows developers to create new projects, the developer should become the Owner of the project so that they can actually manage the project they just created. Without these permissions they can't perform the first push to the repository.

- In a group where you only have developer permissions, create a project

I only have Developer permissions on the project I created.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I should have Maintainer permissions on the project I created, with the Owner of the project inherited from the parent group.
