Can't Reach Support - Support options broken.
This is kind of my last resort, as all of the support options have failed to work. I have tried e-mailing sales@gitlab.com per instructions on the error page, but immediately got this:

I then tried to follow the support link and submit a contact form, but the page won't submit (see video) it just goes back to the contact page with no error message or anything. All the fields are filled out with valid information.
Everything seems broken! How can I get support for EE?
My actual issue: I am trying to add another seat to my subscription which is expiring soon, I just paid for a renewal and a trueup (INV00015779), but now whenever I try to add a seat, I get the following:
I already have gone in and updated my card several times. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do...
