Provide an "escape hatch" for our users to switch between viewing logs via ES and K8s API

Problem to solve

As we introduce Elastisearch as our default view for Pod Logs, we would like to provide our users with the ability to switch between ES and the current Pod Log view (Via K8s API)

Proposal

We should add a switch button between viewing logs via Elasticsearch vs Viewing logs using K8s APIs
This option should be in the admin console and available for maintainers only

User flow

As I user I would like to have the option to switch sources and use K8s API option to view Pod logs
