Add legend to analytics scatter plot charts

The scatter chart being used for the analytics features currently doesn't support a legend.

The following features are affected specifically by the scatter chart:

• Cycle Analytics
  • Duration chart
• Productivity Analytics
  • Trendline

Other charts will also need to be investigated.
