Merged bitbucket cloud pull requests imported as open merge requests in GitLab

Summary

When importing projects from BitBucket Cloud, pull request with state MERGED are imported as open merge requests in GitLab.

Steps to reproduce

Import BitBucket cloud project that has merged pull requests.

What is the current bug behavior?

BitBucket cloud project is being imported to GitLab with all merge requests opened.

What is the expected correct behavior?

BitBucket cloud project is being imported to GitLab with merge requests in appropriate state.
