Replace local treemap implementation with gitlab-ui version

A treemap component has been added to the gitlab codebase in !18395 (closed) as an interim solution while we wait for the component to be implemented in gitlab-ui over here gitlab-ui!799 (closed).

If / when the treemap component is added to gitlab-ui, the old implementation needs to be updated.
