Actualize docs changes for Vulnerabilities API

Further Details

The merge request that was merged has contained the documentation changes in the form of stub files. The reasoning behind this is the First-class Vulnerabilities feature was in MVC stage, covered by feature flag and not intended for public exposure. At the moment when this issue has MR(s) to actualize these stubs, this feature flag should be removed.
