Surface recent searches when filtering Sentry error list
Problem to solve
We can save users time by saving recent/previous searches they performed on the errors list and auto-populating the search bar with this search criteria from a drop-down. This pattern is common across GitLab for lists of things such as issues or epics. We are going to add this UX component to the Errors List.
