Deploy Elasticsearch as a managed app into a managed cluster

Problem to solve

In order to continue to increment the maturity of our logging category, we'll need to move forward with a centralized logging service that will enable aggregation, search and filtering across multiple projects and services. Following the success of the #30729 (closed) we would like to move on and add Elasticsearch as a 1 click deploy.

To contribute to our Logging vision, we would like to allow users to deploy Elasticsearch as a managed app in order to collect and display logs:

Once ES is deployed it needs to start collecting K8s logs by default
Logs should be available in the Log tab #24088 (closed)
We should configure by default a data retention policy using ILM so ES will not run out of space.
Deployment should be without Kibana
