Related Issues block is not longer visible

Summary

Over the weekend (02/09 - 03/09), link between issues disappeared from all over our gitlab.com issues. The whole "Linked Issues" block is gone.

Steps to reproduce

Got to gitlab.com and find an issue where you set a link to another issue.

The supposed block

does not appear.
