Merge request line comments, where the linenum is 5 or more digits, do not look good.
Summary
Discussion line comments on merge requests where line numbers are more than 5 digits don't look great:
Steps to reproduce
- Have a project with a file that has over 10,000 lines in it.
- Edit that file somewhere in the >10,000 line range and create a merge request
- Head to the Changes tab of the MR
- Add a comment on one of the lines:
- Switch to the Discussion tab of the merge request.

What is the current bug behavior?
The 5th digit wraps to the next line
What is the expected correct behavior?
The width of the line-number columns expands to handle all digits within a single row.
