Add search by job name to artifact page

Problem to solve

The artifacts page is currently unable to filter down per job or anything. The assumption is that this is the preferable way to filter down on artifacts needed to be removed in bulk.

Proposal

Add support for searching artifacts by job name on the artifacts page.

Considerations

We still need to figure out the technical complications of this issue together with @matteeyah as we might not be able to search through all jobs with a certain name within a context.
