[UX] Solution validation: An improved purchase experience for GitLab.com (SaaS) users
This issue is a placeholder for PM and UX to test the solution(s) for improving the purchase experience for GitLab.com users. #63600
We should validate that solution/prototype with at least 5 target users through usability testing interviews. UXers should also participate in design reviews to get feedback from peers before proceeding to the next phase.

Remove the need for users to interact with and login to two different entities to make purchases and manage their billing information by keeping the user experience within GitLab.com.
