Solution validation: surface slack channel information in issues
Problem to solve
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/65552, we discussed the need to surface slack channel information in an issue. The problem has been validated, but we need to continue exploring possible solutions for it.
Initially, we looked at using the pinned embeds. But, there were concerns that the existing pinned embed might be too obtrusive for a slack channel that might always be attached to an issue. Are there other ways that we can surface this information that is less obtrusive?
