Design for zen code review

Problem to solve

Reviewing the code changes introduced by a merge request is the primary purpose of the interface, however, the interface currently shows little discernment in which information to show when for the different tasks being performed in the merge request interface.

During the file-by-file discovery sprint https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/62536 we generated a lot of wonderful ideas and proposals for improving code review by simplifying the diff view.
