redundant entry in todo list
Summary
When tag a custom group using "@ name of group",
Here is a issue request that explains usage of a customized group name: https://gitlab.orfeo-toolbox.org/orfeotoolbox/otb/issues/1944
https://twitter.com/rashadkm/status/1152161894549065728
As you can see from above image, bug isn't critical but was looks funny for me. Reporting it because "@ gitlab" would like to follow up on this.
Steps to reproduce
Create a custom group with yourself included and you can see a new todos when you tag that group in comments. TODO list read. "You mentioned yourself..."
Example Project
(If possible, please create an example project here on GitLab.com that exhibits the problematic behavior, and link to it here in the bug report)
(If you are using an older version of GitLab, this will also determine whether the bug is fixed in a more recent version)
What is the current bug behavior?
A new entry is showing up on my todo list
What is the expected correct behavior?
Shouldn't do anything.
