Buttons: combination of Red and Green buttons provide poor visual accessibility for colorblind users

Deuteranopia is known as Red-Green Color Blindness. Red and green buttons can be confusing for users affected by Red-Green confusion.
The action a user can take on a environment is based on the colors and icons used in the button. Color blind users see buttons as displayed below:
