Display number of errors an MR may have caused

This work supports the Error Tracking Vision
Sentry is able to detect "suspect commits" for a given error. We could aggregate the suspect commits for each commit in an MR, and then display this in a post-deploy (to target branch) widget.
This would enable someone looking at a recently deployed MR to easily see what errors may be associated with it.
Note that this does not necessarily mean that the MR was bad, as we cannot determine for sure automatically that the commit caused it. (It could be caused by a downstream issue, etc.)
