Track deployed branch per deployment

Description

Currently, we are deploying branches to one of 3 staging servers we own. Whenever we do so, we're asking in our slack chat whether anyone is actively using a specific server.

Proposal

It would be nice to see what last branch was deployed to a specific server to speed up this process. We're aware of feature development internally and can ask a single person or know in advance that this is already in production.

Documentation blurb

1. Deployments and current branch deployed are not visible anywhere.
2. Some kind of indication of which branch was last deployed.
3. Goes to the menu, checks last deployment, knows who or which group last used a specific deployment.
