Add user specific customization to disable automatic todo updates
I use my todo list the way one uses any todo list. I keep track of things that I need to do, and when I finish I cross it off. Whats frustrating is when I comment on an issue that is on my todo list just to make a note, it marks the todo as done.
I think this functionality is useful some scenarios, for instance if I get mentioned for feedback it would makes sense once I provide that feedback that the todo disappears. But for the way I use the todo list, it causes more headache than it's worth
What would be awesome is a user specific feature flag somewhere in the settings, so I can disable the automatic process of marking todos as done.
I just don't want my todos to disappear by themselves.
