Support bot user actions visible to users

Summary

Seen in admin > users the Support-Bot is visible with user actions seen in FE, like other users. However, the actions are disabled and if user selects them a 404 page will appear.

Steps to reproduce

  • Go to admin
  • Overview > select users
  • Find support bot
  • select one of the actions, such as deactivate

What is the current bug behavior?

404 page when actions are selected; action is not enabled/allowed and/or does not execute.

What is the expected correct behavior?

TBD, but suggestion is to remove actions UI for user
