Remove Container Scanning kubernetes workaround
Summary
A workaround for running Container Scanning with the Kubernetes executor was added in !16342 (merged) and discussed in this thread.
The purpose of this issue is to remove this workaround because the new container scanning tool follows the standard analyzer interface specified by the Analyzers Common Library.
