Overriding squash commit message and commits dropdown is empty

There is a state in which these are empty.

Theory: it might have to do with MWPS & pipeline running state.

This issue is to capture more info in order to replicate the scenario.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create MR in a project that allows squashing and has a pipeline setup
  2. Check the MR and try to override the message while the pipeline is running.
  3. Check the text box and dropdown

What is the current bug behavior?

What is the expected correct behavior?

Text box should show the title of the MR. Dropdown should show list of commits.
