Create grammar linting rule for uses of the word "GitLab's"
Problem to solve
The GitLab style guide (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/documentation/styleguide.html) disallows the use of GitLab's
as a short form of GitLab is
or GitLab was
, but allows the use of GitLab's
as a possessive form.

Proposal
Since two types of usage appear the same, robots can't determine if the usage is correct or incorrect. Create a Vale rule with the level suggestion
(the lowest alert) to encourage the writer to check the usage.
