Instance Security Dashboard never loads successfully the vulnerabilities table

Summary

Following the load time issue described in #198622 (closed), the security dashboard never loads successfully the vulnerabilities table while vulnerabilities over time charts (right sidebar) load ok.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to /-/security/
2. Add a project like gitlab-org/gitlab-ui.
3. Return to /-/security/.
