GraphQL API docs should clearly display the deprecated status of a field

Problem

Our generated GraphQL API docs currently do not signal when a field has been deprecated.

For example, CommitType#latest_pipeline is deprecated however it still appears in the docs without any signal of its deprecated status.

Proposal

Our GraphQL documentation generator should highlight clearly in our GraphQL docs when a field is deprecated.

Let's discuss how that should look in this issue.
