Value Stream Analytics - Custom ordering of stages

Problem to solve

Since customizable stages need to be reordered after they are added, the elements in the list need to have that ability.

Further details

• Stages can be dragged / dropped into a new location in the list
• Persist the change - send a PUT request with the new position
• Reuse existing behaviour
