Users should be able to add Designs during Issue creation
Problem to solve
During issue creation, users are unable to add designs. This requires users to complete two steps in order to upload designs to an issue and begin getting feedback. It also limits feature discovery as the designs are hidden in a tab that is not visible until after the issue is created.
Users who will be uploading designs during issue creation and looking for feedback as part of their design management process.
Feature discovery of Design Management is challenging as it's not visible until after an issue is created and at that point designs may have already been uploaded to an issue via the
Attach a file action.
On the new issue creation page an additional box should be added for uploading designs. This would allow users to upload images during this process that would then be available and tracked in the designs tab of the issue.
Permissions and Security
The box should only be available on issue creation for users that have the appropriate license to utilize Design Management.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Increased visibility of the designs feature will help to increase adoption across organization. We can measure this through the creation of more design management objects.
