Add artifacts path to CI WebHook

After building and storing an artifact it would be nice if the path to the artifact is sent in the webhook.

Currently you can pull the artifact if you know the build number and ignore if the URL returns 404, however if the artifact info was in the fired webhook then the extra http call would not be needed to determine if there is an artifact.
