No weight number on zero-weight issue

Summary

When viewing an issue with zero-weight on an issue board, no weight is shown. This is confusing as I would expect there to be a weight icon and the number 0.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new issue. Assign it a weight of 0 and save.

Go to Issues -> Boards on the left panel. Add the issue to the board and see that the weight icon does not appear, making the issue to appear to have not been weighted at all.

What is the current bug behavior?

The issue shows no weight icon, and no weight (same behaviour as unweighted issue).

What is the expected correct behavior?

I should see a weight icon and the number 0 to indicate "0 weight".
