Problem to solve
As a user on an airgapped network, I want documentation for usability features to be available to me, so I can troubleshoot and use those features.
Proposal
Change the hardcoded docs.gitlab.com
link to a URL we get from the BE so customers on airgapped networks can see the documentation.
