CODEOWNERS does not identify nested file changes with the "/folder/" pattern
In the CODEOWNERS docs it states the following:
# Ending a path in a `/` will specify the code owners for every file
# nested in that directory, on any level
/docs/ @all-docs
Though if we make the change in docs/nested-folder/file.md
it won't identify it.
Also at the docs it states:
# Ending a path in `/*` will specify code owners for every file in
# that directory, but not nested deeper. This will match
# `docs/index.md` but not `docs/projects/index.md`
/docs/* @root-docs
But if we use the /docs/*
syntax it will identify the file change at docs/nested-folder/file.md
. So in general it's a bit confusing if it's a bug or the docs are misleading.
