    Remove migration worker files and update queues yml · 45a8b2d5

    As part of cleanup, we are removing the worker files that
have been updated to no-op last milestone. Queues yml files were
also updated with:
bin/rake gitlab:sidekiq:all_queues_yml:generate and
bin/rake gitlab:sidekiq:sidekiq_queues_yml:generate
