Rapid Diffs streaming fails with Devise::MissingWarden, leaving remaining diffs loading indefinitely
### Summary
On a self-managed GitLab 19.4.1-ee instance, Rapid Diffs intermittently fails to load the remaining files in a merge request.
The first diffs load successfully, but subsequent files remain in a loading state indefinitely.
The browser console and Rails application log both report a Warden authentication context error during diff streaming.
### Steps to reproduce
Intermittent error, so difficult to reproduce. It first happened for two colleagues simultaneously, then magically worked for one of them while it kept crashing for the other. The only recourse was to disable rapid diffs.
The diff involved had something like 30 changed files (1-3 lines per file), plus 20 deleted files.
The error occurs in the "changes" tab of a merge request.
### What is the current *bug* behavior?
The remaining diffs never finish loading.
Browser console:
`Failed to stream diffs: Devise could not find the `Warden::Proxy` instance on your request environment.`
Rails application log:
`ERROR: Error streaming diffs: Devise could not find the `Warden::Proxy` instance on your request environment.`
The browser stack trace references streaming_error.js, render_html_streams.js, and diffs_list.js.
### What is the expected *correct* behavior?
All changed files should load successfully without authentication context errors.
